CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT
These Terms, as well as any specific terms of sale indicated alongside information about particular products, constitute an offer by the Web Shop of Safari duha d.o.o. Split to enter into a Contract. By placing an order, the user, as the Buyer, accepts these terms, and a Contract between the user and Safari duha d.o.o. Split shall be deemed concluded.
The purpose of the Contract is the purchase of the selected product through the Web Shop with payment of the applicable product price and the corresponding delivery costs. The Contract is concluded by means of distance communication, namely through an online order placed in the Web Shop.
All product prices on the website www.anabucevic.com
are expressed inclusive of VAT. Prior to concluding the Contract, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms of Purchase.
The Contract enters into force at the moment the user accepts the offer of Safari duha d.o.o. Split, namely by selecting a payment method and completing the order in the Web Shop. The sales contract for the product is deemed concluded at the moment of payment.
The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating any reason within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered into the possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. This right does not apply to purchased tickets for seminars or webinars, with the note that refunds are possible no later than the day of the event, i.e. before the event takes place, as the final deadline for submitting a request.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer is required to notify Safari duha d.o.o. Split of their decision by email, stating basic personal details and the order number.
In the event of contract termination, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is obliged to return the goods undamaged within 14 days. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of termination, but not before the goods have been returned.
