TERMS OF PURCHASE THROUGH THE WEB SHOP AT WWW.ANABUCEVIC.COM

1. General Provisions

The holder of all rights on the internet domain www.anabucevic.com is Safari duha d.o.o. Split by using the Web Shop service, it is considered that consumers are familiar with these Terms of Purchase (hereinafter: Terms) at all times, and that they fully understand and accept them. These Terms apply to the rights and obligations related to the purchase of products via the Web Shop, and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of the Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter: Agreement) between the consumer as the end customer and the Web Shop, are considered integral part of such contracts.

Users of the site are advised to inform themselves with the Terms of Sale before making a purchase, and to check them regularly, in order to be informed with their rights and obligations. Safari duha d.o.o. Split reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and will not be responsible for any possible consequences resulting from such changes. The aforementioned changes come into force upon publication on these websites.

Split reserves the right to cancel the service and change the content, as well as other services that are an integral part of the Web Shop, at any time without prior notice, and will not be responsible for any possible consequences resulting from such changes. The use of Web Shop services is permitted exclusively for adults. The use and use of the Web Shop by children is only allowed under the supervision of parents and/or guardians, because otherwise they assume all rights and obligations arising from such use, and Safari duha d.o.o. The purchase and sale of products offered on the domain [www.anabucevic.com](http://www.anabucevic.com), in the name and on behalf of minors or persons who are fully legally incapacitated, may be concluded only by their legal representatives, while partially legally capable persons may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative.

CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT

These Terms, as well as any specific terms of sale indicated alongside information about particular products, constitute an offer by the Web Shop of Safari duha d.o.o. Split to enter into a Contract. By placing an order, the user, as the Buyer, accepts these terms, and a Contract between the user and Safari duha d.o.o. Split shall be deemed concluded.

The purpose of the Contract is the purchase of the selected product through the Web Shop with payment of the applicable product price and the corresponding delivery costs. The Contract is concluded by means of distance communication, namely through an online order placed in the Web Shop.

All product prices on the website www.anabucevic.com are expressed inclusive of VAT. Prior to concluding the Contract, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms of Purchase.

The Contract enters into force at the moment the user accepts the offer of Safari duha d.o.o. Split, namely by selecting a payment method and completing the order in the Web Shop. The sales contract for the product is deemed concluded at the moment of payment.

The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating any reason within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered into the possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. This right does not apply to purchased tickets for seminars or webinars, with the note that refunds are possible no later than the day of the event, i.e. before the event takes place, as the final deadline for submitting a request.

In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer is required to notify Safari duha d.o.o. Split of their decision by email, stating basic personal details and the order number.

In the event of contract termination, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is obliged to return the goods undamaged within 14 days. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of termination, but not before the goods have been returned.

3. Purchase Process Terms

The basic characteristics of the products, prices, promotions, payment methods, and delivery options applicable at the time of order placement are valid at the moment the order is concluded. All information will be clearly indicated with each product.

The product price, including VAT and delivery costs, is visible in the shopping cart before the order is finalized. All purchase confirmation information is delivered to the buyer’s email address.

Safari duha d.o.o. Split reserves the right to cancel an order for justified reasons, with prior notification to the buyer.

In the event of a legal dispute, the local court is competent.

4. Payment Methods

Payment may be made in the following ways:

Buyers paying by credit card are redirected to a secure SSL page. The payment receipt is visible no later than the next business day, or within 24–48 hours from payment.

5. Price, Delivery Timeframes, and Delivery Terms

Delivery costs amount to EUR 3.5 (VAT included) within Croatia and EUR 16 (VAT included) for international deliveries. The delivery timeframe within Croatia is 7–10 business days, while international deliveries may take longer.

Delivery is carried out exclusively via Croatian Post, by registered mail.

6. Returns, Complaints, and Claims

The buyer has the right to return a product in the event of incorrect delivery or damage. webshop@anabucevic.com within 14 days.
