Split by using the Web Shop service, it is considered that consumers are familiar with these Terms of Purchase (hereinafter: Terms) at all times, and that they fully understand and accept them. These Terms apply to the rights and obligations related to the purchase of products via the Web Shop, and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of the Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter: Agreement) between the consumer as the end customer and the Web Shop, are considered integral part of such contracts.

Split reserves the right to cancel the service and change the content, as well as other services that are an integral part of the Web Shop, at any time without prior notice, and will not be responsible for any possible consequences resulting from such changes. The use of Web Shop services is permitted exclusively for adults. CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions as well as individual terms of sale indicated with information about specific products represent the offer of the Web Shop Safari duha d.o.o. Split for the conclusion of the Agreement, and the user as the Customer accepts the same by concluding the order or in another way determined by these Terms, which is considered to have concluded the Agreement between the user and the company Safari duha d.o.o. Split, and according to the conditions of sale specified in these Terms. The purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product through the Web Shop with the payment of the corresponding fee (price) of that product and the associated price of the delivery service of the same product. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) through an online order in the Web Shop.
All product prices on the website www.anabucevic.com are expressed with VAT included. Before concluding the Agreement, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the Purchase Terms section. The contract comes into force and is binding from the moment the user accepts the offer of Safari duha d.o.o. Split in one of the following ways:
– by selecting payment and completing the order on the Web Shop.

The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day when the goods were handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. This customer’s right also applies to purchased tickets for seminars and webinars, with a note that a refund is possible until the day of the event – that’s the last day for submitting requests. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the consumer must notify Safari duha d.o.o. Split on its decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry of the deadline, using this form for unilateral termination of the contract sent by e-mail
(in which there should be: the first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as the contract/order that the consumer is terminating) are stated. In case of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is obliged to return the goods to Safari duha d.o.o. Split undamaged, without unnecessary delay, through the postal service provider, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the decision on unilateral termination of the contract to the merchant. It is considered that the consumer has fulfilled his obligation on time if he has sent the goods to the trader before the expiration of the aforementioned period. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Safari duha d.o.o. Split is obliged without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s notice of unilateral termination of the contract, to return to the consumer what he paid, but not before the goods are returned. The refund will be made either to the customer’s provided IBAN or, in the case of card payment, to the card. In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and are not for further sale, Safari duha d.o.o. Split is not obliged to accept the return of such goods. In the event that the value of the goods is reduced due to handling by the consumer, Safari duha d.o.o. Split has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount that it returns to the consumer.
- TERMS OF THE PURCHASE PROCESS
Basic product characteristics, prices, special promotions and benefits, payment and delivery methods refer to those valid at the time the order is placed. The above data will be indicated with each product. The price of the product, which includes the amount of VAT and the cost of delivery, is visible in the shopping cart before the order is placed. The cost of delivery may also be visible on some other parts of the page. All informations about the purchase confirmation based on the electronic order will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail address specified in the registration/order process or in the shopping cart while concluding the order. All prices are expressed in EUR. All prices of products and services offered on the website www.anabucevic.com include VAT.
Safari duha d.o.o. Split treats the selected products in the user’s basket as an order, and reserves the right to cancel it for a justified reason. In case of cancellation of the order, the staff of the Web Shop will notify the user at his e-mail address or via the entered contact phone number, stating the reason.
If the customer does not receive the order confirmation notification, there is a possibility that he entered his e-mail address incorrectly.
At the time of ordering an individual product from the offer, the user/buyer (in the sense of the Consumer Protection Act) by agreeing to the Terms of Purchase confirms that before concluding the contract he has taken note of the information published on the domain www.anabucevic.com and its subpages: name, company or the name, registration number and seat of the merchant; the ways in which he can express his objections; information about the products offered and their name, as well as the price of the product, including all taxes and other duties; information about product delivery costs; as well as information on the method of payment and the method and term of delivery of the product.
In the event of a legal dispute, the local court is competent.
- METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment of the product price and delivery costs can be made in one of the following ways:
- a) Payment by credit cards.
- b) Payment by general money order – products for which the order has been concluded can be paid for by payment by means of a general money order in all branches of banks, FINA or Croatian post offices. After confirming the order, the Web Shop forwards by e-mail the data necessary for payment by general payment. All data must be entered correctly in the general payment form and the payment must be made within five days.
- c) Payment via internet banking – products for which the order has been concluded can be paid for via internet banking of any bank where the possibility of such a payment method is open. After confirmation of the order, the Web Shop forwards all the necessary data for the execution of the payment by e-mail.
When choosing to pay by general payment, the customer receives all the information needed to make the payment to the e-mail address (specified in the order).
The customer who pays with a credit card is automatically taken to secure and protected SSL pages where he enters the necessary card information.
The customer’s cash receipt implies a received payment to the bank account of Safari duha d.o.o. Split or approval of the customer’s credit card authorization. Cash receipt on the account of Safari duha d.o.o. Split is visible on the following working day at the earliest, i.e. within 24-48 hours from the moment of payment (excluding weekends, holidays and public holidays). Payments made by the customer on Friday are usually visible on Monday.
- PRICE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when purchasing a product and the electronic system of the Web Shop then issues a purchase order containing the price of the purchased products and the cost of delivery. The delivery cost is the amount shown separately in the shopping cart below the price of one or more ordered products and represents a fixed amount of 3.05 EUR (including VAT). The delivery price is the same for the entire package in the Republic of Croatia, regardless of the weight, volume or customer’s address.
The cost of delivery abroad is 15.26 EUR (including VAT) and this is a fixed amount for delivery abroad.
The usual term of delivery of shipments is from 7 to 10 working days (for shipments in the Republic of Croatia). We strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible.
If we are talking about foreign deliveries, the delivery terms are longer and depend on the country of delivery – on average up to 10 working days for closer countries and 10–20 days for more distant countries.
Shipments abroad are sent by Croatian Post, via registered mail.
The delivery time for islands and smaller places depends on the special schedule of the delivery service.
For a possible delay due to an incorrect or incomplete address of the recipient or due to traffic jams Safari duha d.o.o. Split cannot be held responsible.
The delivery deadline includes the day of processing the order, the time required to complete and pack the order and deliver the package by Croatian Post (abroad, islands and smaller towns have a special timetable).
If the company Safari duha d.o.o. Split is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, the sales staff will contact the customer by phone or email to agree on product replacement or cancellation of the ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered.
Your order will be delivered exclusively by Croatian Post via registered mail.
IMPORTANT: Due to the changing situation with deliveries due to the pandemic of the COVID virus, it is possible to completely stop deliveries for certain countries or to extend the usual deadlines.
- REPLACEMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS, AND MATERIAL LIABILITY
The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:
– delivery of the wrong item (the seller packed it incorrectly);
– delivery that has an error or damage.
Classic replacement for the same order and invoice is not possible. It is possible to return a wrongly ordered item no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment..
The shipment is returned to the sender’s address.
After receiving the item, we will issue a refund for the returned item depending on the way the order was paid for (refund to the card or IBAN of the current account). In the case that it was an error during packaging, the item will be replaced at our expense to the indicated address.
It is possible to send a complaint, a reclamation upon receipt of the shipment, and within 14 days at the latest, exclusively by e-mail to email@example.com.
The seller will grant a refund or replacement of the product to the customer after verifying the validity of the complaint. Please send us information with the order number, photos of the product you are advertising and a description of the complaint by e-mail. The seller will respond to the complaint received by the consumer within 14 days at the latest. The seller will consider the complaint valid if, after reviewing the submitted documentation, he determines that it matches the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligatory Relations and the Law on Consumer Protection. In the case of a justified complaint, we can refund the amount paid or replace the product. In case of inability to deliver a replacement product, the seller will compensate the customer for the value of the product that it is no longer able to deliver.
